When you submit the contact form, we collect: first name, last name, email, phone, ZIP code, type of coverage you're interested in, your current carrier (if you provide it), timeline, and any notes you include. We also collect basic technical information about your visit — browser type, referrer, and country — for security and analytics.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and provide a quote. It is sent directly to Kiyoma's inbox and stored in a private agency CRM (Supabase, hosted in US-West-1). We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties beyond the insurance carriers needed to underwrite the quote you requested.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Your rights
California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what data we have, to delete it, and to opt out of any sale (we don't sell data). Email kiyoma.yoshizumi@american-national.com to exercise any of these rights.
